Accessibility

Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased at the Meridian Centre Box Office in person from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets for accessible seating can also be purchased on the Internet at www.ticketmaster.ca or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-855-985-5000. Subject to availability at the time of purchase, the Meridian Centre will make this seating available to patrons with wheelchairs and one companion.

Concessions and Food Carts

Concession Stands are located on the Concourse Floor. There are 2 Large Concessions (Yellow, Teal) and 2 small concessions (Red,Green). Concession stands contain Non-Alcoholic Beverages and also Alcohol and Niagara Wine on Tap as well. Each concession offers different food and treats aswell.  All concessions stands accept cash, debit and credit cards.

Food Carts and Beer Carts are also located in the Hall of Fame located on the concourse level. Each cart sells something different for your eating pleasure and also there is easy access beer carts to avoid any lines from the concession

First Aid

First Aid services are available during all arena events. The first aid station is located on the concourse level in the south west corner by the Hall of Fame area.  The first aid station is staffed by a St. John's Ambulance team.  

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD’s) are available to patrons upon request. They are available on a first come first serve basis and can be picked up one hour prior to Ice Dogs game at the Box Office

Parking & Drop off Areas

The Meridian Centre has 26 accessible parking spots located on site at One IceDogs Way. There is also accessible parking in all city owned parking lots with accessible parking on all levels. The Meridian Centre also offers convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines located along the North Entrance, also box office entrance.

Restrooms

All restrooms in the Meridian Centre are accessible to our guests with disabilities. Plus there are multiple Family Room/Accessible Rooms for easy access

Every location in our arena that describes a room,concession,bathroom contains Braile on every wall 

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available online or through your local Ticketmaster Outlet of Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone. Wheelchair patrons may also go directly to the Meridian Centre Box Office to purchase their tickets.  Accessible seating is limited to 1 accessible seat to 1 companion seat.  Additional seats may be purchased in the same section as available.  Availability is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. 

Service Animals

The Meridian Centre welcomes patrons who need the assistance of a service animal. The Meridian Centre staff may inquire whether the dog is a service animal. All other animals are prohibited. Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal’s care and supervision when present at the Meridian Centre.
