Arena Floor Rental

This 5,000+ seat multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility uses versatile and innovative arena configurations to acommodate events of all sizes. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent turn-key experience from beginning to end.

Meridian Centre arena floor is 200’ L x 85’ W and can be used to its full-size potential or scaled down for a more intimate setting.

  • Concerts with full stage from 2,500 to 5,000+ people
  • Banquets with full-service Catering/Buffet for up to 700+ people
  • Tradeshows, Conferences, Ceremonies, AGMs, Press Events,  Fetivals, and more

Included in rental rate is:

  • Setup and Teardown of any Stage Setup needed
  • Padded Chairs, Coat Racks, Limited Pipe and Drape
  • Access to Star/Meeting/Visitor Dressing Rooms, Back Lot Area, Main Power
  • Internal Marketing and Events Manager Support
  • Direct Internet/WIFI

Extras are:

  • Sound and Light Production
  • NASCO Labour to be used for all AV loading and High Beam Rigging
  • Additional setup to be ordered (Tables, Linen, Dinnerware, etc.)
  • Staffing ( Guest Service, Cleaners, Security, Box Office, St. John Medical)
  • Scoreboard Usage and Operations
  • Electrician for Power Connect/Dis-Connect
  • Outside Marketing
  • Catering Needs
