Looking to book an event at the Meridian Centre?

We want to speak to you. Together, we can find a package that is right for you and make your event a success. Our venue will host over 100 events annually, including a variety of concerts, sporting events, and family shows. This 5,000+ seat multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility uses versatile and innovative arena configurations to present shows to crowds of all sizes along with conferences, trade shows and gala dinners for up to 700 on our arena floor. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent, turn-key experience to keep you coming back from year-to-year.

Meridian Centre arena floor is 200’ L x 85’ W.  Our arena floor can be used to its full-size potential or it can be scaled down for a more intimate setting.

  • The arena floor can be transformed into:
  • Concerts with full stage from 2,500 to 5,000 + people
  • Banquets with Full-service Catering/Buffet for up to 700 plus people
  • Tradeshows, Fashion Shows, Wedding Event, Comedy, Dog Shows etc..

Included in rental rate is:

  • Setup and Teardown of any Stage Setup needed
  • Padded Chairs, Coat Racks, Limited Pipe and Drape
  • Access to Star/Meeting/Visitor Dressing Rooms, Back Lot Area, Main Power
  • Internal Marketing and Events Manager Support
  • Direct Internet/WIFI

Extras are:

  • Sound and Light Production
  • NASCO Labour to be used for all AV loading and High Beam Rigging
  • Additional setup to be ordered (Tables, Linen, Dinnerware, etc.)
  • Staffing ( Guest Service, Cleaners, Security, Box Office, St. John Medical)
  • Scoreboard Usage and Operations
  • Electrician for Power Connect/Dis-Connect
  • Outside Marketing
  • Catering Needs
