PARKING

• There is very limited accessible parking on-site at the Meridian Centre and those spaces generally fill 2 hours prior to showtime.
• You can drop off anyone with accessibility needs at the main lobby for easy entry, and head to downtown parking.
• Please refer to directions and parking to find parking in the downtown core.

SECURITY CHECKS

• There will be a simple bag check upon arrival, before entry into the venue and admission tickets are scanned.

LIMITED CASH POINTS OF PURCHASE

• The Meridian Centre has very limited cash checkouts, please bring debit or credit cards for expedited service at concessions.

TICKET SCANNING

• Ensure you have your phones open with tickets on the screen and ready after security.
• We do NOT have public wifi; adding the tickets to your Apple or Google wallet will help guarantee seamless entry, and does not require internet connection.

DOOR TIMES AND ENTRY LOCATIONS

We suggest arriving early to either the Rankin Bridge or Front Lobby entrances to avoid long lines!

• Doors for Magic Pass ticket holders are 5:00pm
• Doors for the Celebrity Court pass is 5:45pm
• Doors for regular ticket holders open at 6:00pm

There will be staff at both entrances with signage to direct you to the event level where you will gather based on your add-on experience.

** The Magic Pass and Celebrity Court passes are add-ons which still require regular admission tickets to the event**

ENTRANCE LOCATIONS FOR THIS EVENT:

• Rankin Gateway Bridge: located on St. Paul St (across from Pizza Pizza).
• Main Lobby: located directly on David S. Howes Way.

MAGIC PASS

Magic Pass will run from 5:30PM-6:00PM on the main court. Doors open 2 hours before the game and guests are encouraged to arrive early.

Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you've got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters and the Washington Generals on the court before the game to show your skills, shoot some hoops, and get player autographs and photos! The one-of-a-kind 30-minute pre-game, MAGIC PASS begins 90 minutes before tip-off and will create memories you'll never forget.

THIS IS AN OPTIONAL UPGRADE. TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED.

All customers must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on the court. Everyone attending Magic Pass, regardless of participation, must have a Magic Pass ticket as well as a game ticket. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. This includes all children, as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Celebrity Court Pass

Please arrive and check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to game time (by 6:15pm) courtside at the announcer’s table.

Your Court Pass gets you down to the floor for an up close and personal view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame shootaround. You’ll have exclusive access to the court, where you have the opportunity to see the players warm-up their World Record breaking shots and skills. Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time. Late arrivals will not be refunded. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied. Each person wanting to access the court must purchase the Celebrity Court Pass. Reminder that a ticket to the main event is also required.

The best game access for the biggest basketball fans! Your CELEBRITY COURT PASS gets you center court and one-on-one, for an up close and personal view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame warm-ups! You'll have exclusive access to the court, where you have the opportunity to see and interact with the entire team while they warm-up their World Record breaking shots and skills and snap on-court player photos - plus receive a commemorative lanyard! Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 15, unforgettable minutes. Please check-in courtside by the announcer's table banner immediately after doors open.

Each person wanting to access the court must purchase the Celebrity Court Pass. Late arrivals will not be refunded. All customers must have a game ticket AND Celebrity Court Pass for entry. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied.
